Meesha Mausoof is an experienced psychotherapist who works with adults and couples navigating emotional, relational, and psychological challenges.
A registered member of the British Association of Counselling &
Psychotherapy, she offers a safe, culturally informed, non-judgmental space for clients to explore what may be holding them back and to move towards healing, clarity and connection.
During significant transitions, such as menopause, therapy can be a vital
resource—for both individuals and relationships.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities—including ACT, CBT,
Mindfulness-Based interventions, Brainspotting and Solution-Focused
Therapy, she tailors her approach to each client’s unique story and needs.
Her training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman
Approach allows her to guide couples in rebuilding trust, improving
communication, and navigating the relational impact of life transitions.

Emotional and identity shifts during menopause and the Fertility
journey.
Strengthening relationships under the strain of transition
Supporting communication and connection in long-term partnerships
Managing anxiety, burnout, and mood-related changes
