Aisling Prendergast is Assistant Clinical Director and Co-Director of Women’s Services at The Free Spirit Collective. She works with adults and adolescents across a range of psychological presentations, including addictions, trauma-related difficulties, eating disorders, and general mental health concerns.
Her therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mentalization Based Therapy, and Schema Focused Therapy. She adopts a collaborative, client-centred style, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and move forward.
Aisling has experience across the NHS and private sector in the UK and has been based in the Middle East since 2017. Her specialist interests include perinatal and infant mental health, perimenopausal and menopausal mental wellbeing, bereavement, loss, and women’s mental health across different life stages.
